Arsenal in danger to miss out signing of World-Cup winning 23-year-old defender

Barcelona forward Ousmane Dembele has reportedly emerged as a surprise transfer target for Premier League giants Liverpool and Arsenal.

The 23-year-old is currently enjoying his best season at Camp Nou, founding back of the net 10 times from his 36 games in all competitions.
